I left my lawnmower there 8-9 weeks ago and was told it would be 3 and a half weeks to be repaired and they would call me...2 weeks ago...they hadn't called and it was 7 weeks since I left it there....they told me they were waiting for a part....and would call me and let me know when it would be in...NO call so today after 2 MORE weeks I returned and they never called the company...so I was told they would call their supplier and find out when it would be in and would call me back in ten minutes....that was 8 hours ago!!! The house next door to me is up for sale and the real estate agent is complaining about the condition of my property....if they can't fix the mower I want it returned free of charge and I will order the part over the internet and fix it myself....if they can't get it from THEIR supplier why not find it elsewhere on the internet? I am allergic to *** so I need to cut my lawn!...The grass has grown so tall that it has now fallen over and is lying on the ground and burning from the sun.

Dear ***,
In response to *** complaint of unreasonable time frame for his equipment repair.
The machine was logged into the system on 05/29/2018, at which time *** was informed that the machine would be tied up for about three to three and one half weeks due to our busy schedule
The equipment was worked on in and around that time frame, in which we ordered a part to do the repair.
*** called or came in to check on the progress of his repair at which time I told him the part was on order
Some time later, possibly a week or so he inquired again. I told him that the part hadn't come in yet.
I researched the order and discovered that the part somehow didn't transfer to a purchase order.I manually ordered the part and was told the distributor was out of stock and the part was put on back order status.
*** came in again and inquired as to the progress of the machine at witch time he told me if I couldn't get the part to please order the whole carburetor because he needed his mower.
I told him I would call the distributor and call him back. well I forgot to call him which I'm sure upset him.
I called *** and got his voice mail to let him know the part should be in any day but that I had a mower that I would gladly let him use until his was repaired. I didn't get a return call From ***.
Since then, ***'s mower has been repaired. He has been called and a message was left for him on his voice mail.
This is the first complaint we have had in forty years of doing business. Needless to say, I'm disappointed that *** felt he had to go to this extreme to get a resolution. We could have resolved the matter very easily between he and I
