No wonder Brett P*** is not Revdex.com accreditedHe is a liar and a thiefHe showed no regard for my case, placated me, promised to refund me - then withdrew counselHe stole $3,from me and left me out to dryAbsolutely no compassion, bad business tactics, crooked billing, closed-off customer service, they treated me like I was the enemyBrett P*** is beyond bad, he is outright pathetic

This will probably be removed and "bought off" the internet but I can keep reposting Please people do your homework...look at the amount of complaints he has with the board association There are websites dedicated to how horrible he is Once he has your money he disappears He talks the talk but can NOT walk the walk I got anything that I did in my divorce because my ex didn't want it...to Brett this is "winning my case." Despicable ethical standards,
Had a HORRIBLE experience.Hired him in Oct to file for divorce...he NEVER didMy ex filed on me months laterHe is a horrible, lazy, sloppy attorney that lacks integrityCould never get a call back from him actually had to go into the office with no appointment just to get a response and that is $for a walk in apptBeing I was in Afghanistan when I wanted to file and didn't come back til months after absolutely nothing got done til I got home (I guess that saved me more walk in fees and phone call fees)He never showed in the courtroom for my ONE AND ONLY court appearance and instead sent another lawyer from his firm that smelt like a brewery and was trying to have me give him the case facts while court was in session The only reason I got what I did in my divorce is because my ex didn't want itHe did NOTHING for me and charged and talks like he saved the dayI was then told they would do the divorce decree for all the problems I had....and they did...but charged me for EVERY call or email to check on it (over months ago I was divorced so it added up) as well as any contact made with the opposing counselHe also called and YELLED at me for saying I was upset by his representation and I thought his billing was ridiculous because he said he was covering it ( I guess that is crappy lawyer talk for let me get more money out of you while I tell you I am doing something free of charge for you)Horrible waste of a licence to practice law.DO NOT HIRE if you want actual representation

My review is long but, it is real and earnest. Brett has been my attorney for 15+ years and has never let me down. He first represented me in a warranty case against Peterbilt. Initially I was concerned Brett was not on top of the case as he was hard to reach prior to court but, in the court room he argued the case expediently and victoriously. I have learned great attorneys ARE difficult to reach. If they are doing their job, they are in court ALOT. I would not want an attorney in my corner that was always available; I would wonder why they were not working! Brett has represented my family on cases ranging from traffic violations to a child custody case (my son achieved sole custody of my grandson thanks to Brett). Brett is also a man of character. Two examples, demonstrating Brett's integrity follow: One of my sons had made unproductive life choices and found himself facing charges. As a repeat offender and an adult he could not afford an attorney so he was appointed one by the court. I was deeply concerned about the consequences my son was facing. Still, I was hesitant to continue enabling my son by hiring Brett to ensure a lighter sentence. Brett clarified the options first approaching the subject as an attorney explaining what kind of deal he could accomplish. Next, he tackled the subject as a parent, fully supportive of my desire to exercise tough love allowing my son to face his choices and effectively grow from them. We decided that my son would proceed with the court appointed attorney. On the day off court, I was surprised to see Brett walk in the door. He came over to me and explained what we should expect and what would be a fair sentence. Brett told me, before any offer was accepted I should allow him to review it to ensure it was fair. His service was offered without compensation out off his passion for justice and dedication to his clients. Though tough to swallow my son’s sentence was fair. Numerous times I consulted Brett while my son was incarcerated. Each time, he was compassionate but straightforward and always a valuable resource setting my thoughts straight. He suggested good reads to educate me, console me, and prepare me for my son's future. I am pleased to say that my son walks a new road in his life. He is a productive member of society earning an honest living and is building family of his own; I could not be more pleased and value Brett’s contribution. When I first shared the news about my son's transformation, Brett was on the list of people who received the update along with family. I was anxious to share with Brett because I know him to be a dedicated father and I knew he would genuinely share the excitement with me. He stated, “This is why I do what I do”. Alone, this should speak volumes about who Brett is. The second example of Brett’s character was one in which I was subpoenaed to appear in court as a witness. My stomach sank when I learned the opposing attorney was Brett as he is a superior attorney with a track record of slam dunking his cases. I was unsure how it would work out for me as a witness testifying against his client. Brett assured me that his first objective, in any court, is to seek the truth whether it meant a win or lose for himself. Brett was genuine and his character was consistent. Again, Brett scored in my book. No matter your legal needs, Brett is the safest starting place to address them. If he is not the best man for the job he will tell you and direct you to the expert best suited for the case. Brett is a successful attorney who doesn't seem to “need” the business but invites it because he sincerely fights for justice. Before he is an attorney, he is a Godly man, an advocate for children, a consistent character in pursuit of justice.

In him self Mr P[redacted] seems pretty reasonable and likely to do his job. His attorney named Mr G[redacted] is just useless. Mr P[redacted]'s staff claimed to have scheduled a final court date of the 14th of October. A week before I got curious and I called the courthouse to find out if they actually had something scheduled. They did not, I waited for 45 days on this final court all for it to be a lie. Of course I sent nasty professional email traffic expressing my concerns of the situation. His staff continues to give excuses and when I try to contact Mr P[redacted] directly he does not respond. I paid money up front an have just been constantly nickled and dimed. If I had the money I would hire a completely new lawyer since I hired Mr P[redacted] back in June an I am barely receiving a draft of the final decree. I started my divorce back in September of 2015. Long story short, hire a different lawyer!!!
