oroginally I went in person to this co and spoke to the [redacted], I made it clear that I want only screws used in the deck planks and he showed me the screws he said would be used made specifically for this type of deck materialAfter I went through all of the work to obtain permits etc the had workers come who used a nail gun not screws in the planks, the workers did not speak english so I had to call office where they were so rude and said it will be done with nail gunThe deck had inferior railing system where the brackets and hinges were cut sloppy and glued onTerrible quality as compared to the decks around me where nothing like this was done by other companysWhen the hinges and planks became bent and ruined I called the company which after letters to them with pictures and phone calls to them and alot of run around by them months went by before they came to repair the issues, [redacted] who came to access said they dont even use any of these hinges or brackets anymore for years that were used on my deck because of the issues with them - again no communication no english spoken by the workers so the worker was putting screws into rails in random places screws were not supposed to be rather than correcting things appropriately and once again had to call the office where I had to argue and get the run around again in order for it to be fixedThis company tells you one thing then does another then when you call to speak to the [redacted] he never calls you back and the staff is unbelievably rude and the [redacted] never corrects thatAgain I called the comapny because the plank where they put nails is cracking and this is warranteed and the lattice they supplied and put on is coming off the salesman said he would be at my house at a certain time to look at issues and called at the last minute to cancel and again said it wasnt a priority as they`said last time and took the entire summer months until they fixed the issues previously (once they are paid they put you as non priority), I then once again called to speak to the [redacted] the [redacted] as always was rude and hung up on me because I told her I would only want to speak to [redacted] who she said would be back in minutesShe slammed the phone on me the [redacted] never called back and [redacted] the sales man who cancelled appt at last minute called to say they would not be fixing the deck even though there is warrantyNot only am I reporting them to Revdex.com, but will take them to small claims court and will rate on every site online so public is aware of there poor quality poor business practices and bait and switch behavior and how once they have your money you are last on the list if at allI did not want to pick nature of complaint as there are several that should be checked off and on the site we can only check one
