We researched the matter and learned that the first certified mail return receipt, article number [redacted], was addressed to 1801 W. Olympic Blvd., Pasadena, CA, and not the Harvard Avenue address indicated on the letterhead of our correspondence to you. The Olympic Boulevard address is for payments only, not for correspondence, and therefore this letter was not directed to a staff member. The second certified mail return receipt, article number [redacted], currently shows on the USPS website as “in-transit” status.
