Craig from CMS Services returned my call promptly and cheerfully, answered my questions and gave me an estimate on the phoneWe made an appointment, and he arrived on timeHe explained the procedure for cleaning the tile before and as he worked and told of possible problems that may occurCraig was very pleasant to work with.The results were amazingI could see the grout changing color as he made a pass over the areaI am so pleased with the results and would recommend CMS without reservation

CM Stout Services was supposed to clean the tile and do polishing at stages and clean the Flagstones and provide Sealer outside the house
The owner of the company did the job and it was rushed and poor quality as you can see in the attached photos
At the end of the job the tile was worse than it was at the beginning
He did not deliver the work he was supposed to do

This was a very odd situation. My store pumps thousands of gallons a day...and if there was 'bad gas' then many many claims would come forward. I will also educate you, did you know that ethanol in
fuel absorbs water? As the Great State of Wisconsin requires all gas to have ethanol, there can be no more 'water in the gas tank' claims as it simply cannot be. (Save yourself money--you no longer need to add Heet to gas either because of the ethanol.) This person said she 'looked into the gas tank and could see the water." Huh?? Can you 'look into' your gas tank??? That statement sent my 'scam' mojo into action. They also had not taken it to a repair shop when I talked to them which also seemed suspect
After asking of these people, they--and the girl's mother--have a reputation in the area as, well, trying to scam anyone and anything they can
Knowing this, I promptly turned their scam over to Federated Insurance, who denied their claim. The claim number is #***
There will always be people who think a business 'owes them' or will try to get us no matter what. I hope you will protect the businesses from these types of people
We have three business (one in the 1970's, one in and this location since 1994.) We have a great reputation in the community; we all graduated from the local high school and it is now the third generation of our family business, and we take great pride in them. We recently donated $to the library fund and throughout the year donate to the food pantry, service men, and local school programs. It is a shame that someone wants to 'take' from us, but there you have it

Used their services for grout cleaning, showed up hour earlier than promised, grout did not match and looked like a child patched the grout with putty, had to have my brother redo the whole area that he did Also did not clean the shower grout Would never use this company again

first off I would like to say I think it is funny how she is saying that me and my mom are going around scamming people when for one I just moves to this area and two my mom has NEVER live d in this areasorry to say but I have a better life then going around scamming peoplei have more important things to do in my life then that crap. also I would like to know how I am scamming BP when I never said that I looked in the tank of the truck, simply not possibleand if I did say that what I ment was that the gas cans that my brother siphoned the gas out then poured it in to a clear bottle is when you could see the water in the gasi have never had any problems with gas until I put bp in thats when all the problems startedand I would also like to say I would like to know how it is a scam if I cant afford to take my truck to a shop and then find out BP wouldnt do anything then I am stuck with a bill to pay when I have to go to madison everyday to see my kids that are in the nicui would also like to add that if she does not pay for what I am now asking for that I will take her to court for slander, saying that I am scamming everyone around the area, and then will also add on this problemall I am now asking for is the back in gas that I lost and the fuel pump
I would like to add that after taking out the left over gas from that BP gas station after we dropped the gas tank and emptied it out completely we found more water within the gas we took out, after cleaning it from the water deteriorating the fuel pump and having to pay the $for a new fuel pump and after losing the amount of gas we had in their before after the amount of almost $400, the solution is now fixed from your gas that caused the truck to be broken in the first place cause of the failure of the BP gas station and the faulty equipment from not detecting the water in the first place we will no longer be going to any BP gas station and will imform others of the lies of this BP gas station owner, and the time loss of not being able to see our twin baby girls in the NICU at Meriter in Madison

As instructed by my insurance agency, you may contact them reguarding this complaint.  The number for Federated Insurance is [redacted] and the claim number is #[redacted].
 
As the Federated Insurance agent was cursed at very strongly the last time by the claimants, I hope this does not happen again.  If they come into either of my stores and curse, we have been told by our insurance that we should call the police to have them removed.  As of yet, they are not banned from our locations, but according to them, they have no desire to enter them.  I feel that is the best solution for all involved.
 
The reason were are not at fault were listed in the last response.  Tanks are automatically tested for water many times a day; our reports find no water and our insurance agent has them, which you would know had you contacted them.  They also explained that.
