Hello there,My name is [redacted] , and I am the owner of the Franklin StBP in Quincy, MassachusettsI received a complaint through the Revdex.com (the number is [redacted] , if that helps) from a customer who claims that I pumped her car with the wrong type of fuel because she didn't know that we switched over to self-serviceI do not go outside to pump gas for customers anymore because I don't have time to keep going outside, so her complaint isn't accurate in that wayI do not plan on paying her back from the damages done to her car because she pumped her own gas the wrong wayIt's possible she just wanted the company to pay for her mistake, or she is trying to trick me and my business for some reasonI hope this is the correct place to respond to this complaint that I received in the mail, and I also hope this doesn't reflect badly on my business since we did not do anything wrong.Thank you, [redacted] Franklin StBP Gas Station OwnerQuincy, MA

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] ? Regards,This is absolutely ludicrous because I had spoken to the owner on the phone and he blatantly told me he remembered me and if he "never comes out" than why would he have specifically remembered me and my car? with the number? of people using that? gas station? - he is lying in order to not take responsibility for his error and damaging my carI have owned this car for months, filling it with diesel the entire timeThe fuel pumps are distinctly marked green for diesel and black for gas, not to mention the fuel door itself to my car has a notice on it saying it is a diesel fueled vehicleI would not go? through all this trouble if it wasn't due to this man causing the issueHe knows as well as I that he is responsible and is using the switch from full service to self service as an excuse to pin the blame on a once loyal? customer which is disgraceful [redacted] ? ?

Just following up on this request from last week (again, Revdex.com complaint number ***) from a Ms*** about a problem with her car being filled with the wrong gas at my station.Yes, she did speak to me on the phoneI didn't recognize her name or car specifically, I get too many customers in a day to keep track of that many peopleAlso, her case doesn't line up with what we have at my stationYes, at most gas stations, black button is gas and green is dieselBut BP stations do it the exact opposite way; black is diesel and green is gas here and we have labels on each pump specifically mentioning thatClearly she does know how her own car works and which gas it needs, but she must have just not read that we label our gas differently and is again trying to call me a liar again.-*** ***

Regards,The gas pumps are still separated with three gas options on one side and one diesel on the other which isn't hard to work out but regardless, I did not mix up the fuel pumps because I did not fill my tank that day - I did not even get out of my carThere is quite a simple resolution to this issue and that is having the owner review his own security tapes to see that he in fact was the one who approached my vehicle unprovoked, then processed to fill my tank for meHe has cameras facing the pumps located on top of the main building which would clearly show the events of that day.Because of his negligence I was without a vehicle for over a week as my entire fuel system had to be drained and a new fuel filter was replaced. Frankly, I'm lucky that it was still fixable because him putting gas in my diesel vehicle could have easily completely destroyed the engine and I would be without a car. All I'm looking for is for him to own up to his mistake rather than taking advantage of his customers like a proper, responsible business owner should

Just following up on this request from last week (again, Revdex.com complaint number [redacted]) from a Ms. [redacted] about a problem with her car being filled with the wrong gas at my station.Yes, she did speak to me on the phone. I didn't recognize her name or car specifically, I get too many customers in a day to keep track of that many people. Also, her case doesn't line up with what we have at my station. Yes, at most gas stations, black button is gas and green is diesel. But BP stations do it the exact opposite way; black is diesel and green is gas here and we have labels on each pump specifically mentioning that. Clearly she does know how her own car works and which gas it needs, but she must have just not read that we label our gas differently and is again trying to call me a liar again.-[redacted]
