Review: I went to this gas station this morning and went up to the teller and handed him 2 twenty dollar bills for a total of $40 and asked the teller, [redacted], to put it on pump 6. Just to be clear, I chose $40 because I only had $20 bills on me. When I went to fill the tank, he only set it to fill for $20. I noticed the mistake when the pump only gave me 5.567 gallons and started doing the math for how many gallons $3.59 per gallon gives you for $20. I noticed the pumped had stopped at $20 but connected that I gave him $40 after I moved my car a little from the pump and I realized my tank was half a quarter filled instead of half. I went to him and I told him this. At which point he told me that I had never come up to the window and that he had cameras to prove it. He said that I was a [redacted] and that he was going to call the police. After I kept complaining, he started to print out credit card receipts and pulled out one for $50 and said that that was my receipt. He came out to show me the receipt and look at the pump. Instead of looking, though he told me I owed him $30 because he had given me $50 in gas, I was a [redacted], and he would call the police. So I insisted that he call the police at which point he refused to call and told me to call the police myself. Then he shoved me. When the police came, he calmly told them that I gave him 2 ten dollar bills. He denied that he had cameras and everything I said. The police informed me that they couldn't make him do anything and since I wasn't injured they couldn't press charges on the fact that he shoved me. But they gave me his full name, which they took off his id, and told me to report him to the Revdex.com. This happened October [redacted] at about 6:56am and it wasted over 30 minutes of my time and I am out of the $20. I was driving a silver Toyota Sienna. I am sure he does this often because he was very swift about it. The company should fire him. He was aggressive & he shoved me even though I explained many times that I am [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the recording at the gas station to be reviewed so that it can be clear that I gave $40 and was given only $20 gas at pump #6. I want my $20 refunded and he should be fired. It is clear that he does this all the time because he never once alluded to the fact that it could be an honest mistake. He clearly is used to people backing off when he says he is going to call the police and but even still he knows how to handle the police when they come.
