Review: This company scammed me out of $360. I signed up for a free trial on [redacted], and subsequently received a $180 charge and received a shipment of two face products. I attempted to email and call them with the information provided in the shipping insert to stop this. The phone number picks up and hangs up, and no one responds to the email addresses provided on their website. I requested that my bank stop payment to this company, and they were unsuccessful at stopping the second monthly delivery and payment on February 27th. I marked the box return to sender without opening it and immediately sent it back to the address on the box. I had to close my credit card account to stop them from stealing my money.Desired Settlement: I have sent all received packages back to sender immediately upon receipt of the packages without opening any of it. Per the "terms and conditions" on the company website, I am entitled to a full refund of all "purchases" of which I never authorized to begin with.

Review: I ordered the sample products at a reasonable fee for $8.90 for two products, only to learn later there was am $89.00 charge twice to my debit account (total $178.00). This product was advertised on facebook and the terms and conditions were misleading and I did not see that there would be a charge after 14 days. This was explained to me when I called to cancel and future orders.The 14 day trial begins on the date product was ordered and delivery of the product was well after that 14 days. This advertisement is misleading and deceptive.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $178.00
