BP Flooring recently refinished all of my hardwood floors - they look better than when they were originally installed! I gave MrW [redacted] the key to my house while I was out of town - when I returned, the floors were finished and THERE WAS NOT A SPECK OF DUST ANYWHERE! My house was clean and the floors are gorgeous MrW [redacted] was so easy and pleasant to deal with and his pricing was extremely reasonable and no question, value for the money I would highly recommend using this company

I recently had BP Hardwood Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout my house. They did an excellent job!!. [redacted], who is the owner came to my house and gave me an estimate in writing, explaining the process and timeline. He left floor samples which I was able to keep for as long as I needed in order to make my choice.

His main work crew for the job at my house consisted of [redacted] and [redacted] was called to work one day for some help with removal of linoleum which allowed the job to be finished within the timeline I was given. These guys really worked hard! They were courteous, professional, and personable. I never saw them take any real breaks. They took very little time for lunch.

I had some damage to the floors in one area of my home that needed to be resolved before installation of hardwood. They went out of their way to make sure that all those issues were taken care of, even though it required extra steps and time. They went above and beyond in order to insure that the job was a quality job. Pulling up carpet and laying hardwood is naturally a dirty job, but [redacted] and [redacted] cleaned as they went and vacuumed up every day before they left. I can't say enough good about these guys and this experience. These are people you are happy to have in your home and my floors look absolutely beautiful!! I could not be more pleased with the product, management of the job, and the workmanship of the crew. A GREAT company!! I am happy and confident to recommend them to my family and friends.
