delivering what she wantedSince the wall we had to remove had piping and A/C ducts inside of it we had to hire plumber and A/C technician to relocate pipes and ductsThis extra job required an extra time and additional costsBesides this extra work Samantha requested more work to be doneShe wanted her ceiling replaced, extra electrical work, tile the face of the bath tub that required bigger costsBathroom floor was not safe and had to be repaired which she was notified about and she accepted it with extra costAll that extra work required extra timeThe project was extended to estimated weeksEvery day after we finish our job we would clean after usPlace was left broom clean every day, trash was placed in bags and taken outsideThere was no pizza boxes inside the house because we never ate pizzaJob that we did was professionalProblems started happening shortly after I presented her all accumulated extra costShe was refusing to pay, started pushing us to finish the project before due datedays before we finished the project they started verbally attacking one of my employees, yelling at him, which led me to a contract terminationSince we terminated the contract before we finished the job I lowered the remaining balance for estimated time we needed to complete the project with additional deductionDuring the project I gave her discounts on almost everythingShe paid contractor price for cabinets and countertop which was a saving of around $I never charged her for the ceiling replacingThe niche that I’ve built for her was freeAll together she saved around $Overall experience was awfulHer whole family was rude, they thought they knew our job better the us, telling us what to do and whenAt this moment my attorney and my employee are working together to find a solution for that abusing from the customer and her familyAll documentation is being prepared for a lawsuit in case customer don’t pay her balance when due.Original price was Additional costs Balance owed

I am rejecting this response because:Thus far, he has been unable to produce any signed documents or detailed receipts justifying the amount he claims I owe. Until that happens, I certainly will not be paying anything. The accusation that there was any harassment of workers is absurd. Mr. P[redacted]'s worker let us know that the instruction he had been given were contrary to what he knew to be best practice, and we therefore asked him to cease his work. I will happily meet Mr. P[redacted] in court if that is how he prefers to handle this.
