I am rejecting this response because:  The watch is in possession of Tag Heuer repair facility therefore I am unable to provide you with requested information.  In other words, the information you have requested is in your possession not mine.   When I called customer service they looked up the service history by my name and address.    The watch was sent to Tag via [redacted] located in [redacted]  I have a sales receipt that lists the following numbers but I have no idea if it the serial number or not.   [redacted]   [redacted]
