For the Castrol Complete Satisfaction Program, on the Official MaCertificate, under Limits it states "Allow 8-weeks from the date of your for shipment of your rebate Requests must be postmarked by 1/15/and received by 1/31/ Offer expires
12/31/2016.The postmark date on this consumer's submission is 1/18/2017, therefore this submission was rejected.Castrol Consumer Relations

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.That is not what I was told initially over the phone! Your employee, a customer service agent!! I was told that the check will be issued and I will receive it in several weeks. I waited to do another oil change at the authorized VW dealer, which I cannot even choose another brand of motor oil. This is what my loyalty pays? BP/Castrol makes billions money worldwide, yet you won't keep the word of your customer service agent who said to me that the check will be issued. I am so frustrated with your company! $20 rebate check is what it takes for me to avoid your motor oil, going forward. I will also tell anyone, who listens to me, to avoid Castrol! Castroll! Offer Expires January 31, 2016. Therefore, this submission was rejected."This is the same message that I received earlier! I can read the terms and condition! I mailed earlier. Besides that, they do not address anything about their employee Lindsay who told me that I'll receive a rebate check in weeks. It does not address anything about our conversation. This shows that the company neither cares about me or values me as a customer!!Regards,[redacted]
