Review: I placed an order (just over $1,200) on July **, 2013. I had not recieved a shipping confirmation after a few days so I emailed the company. I recieved a reply back saying that the order had not shipped, but would later that week. The following week I still had not recieved shipping infromation like I said I would and I also made it clear that I needed the items by July [redacted]. The following week I sent another email. I got a reply back but it had been forwarded to another company person to get me the info, but I never recieved any info. I also had called 3 times and left messages with no call back. I stated several times I needed the supplies by July ** and if items had not been shipped they need to overnighted. The shipment was finaly sent Aug [redacted]. There was several errors between not recieving items that I ordered and paid for but did not recieve and some items were shipped but were not the right quantity. Contacted the company and told them the issues. One item I purchased I was told was no longer made (but I never recieved credit) and other items was aa mistake. I was given option of sending entire order back for a refund, or correcting the issues. Company was told it would be discussed and I would get back to them. It was desided to send order back and get refund.

I now tried several times to get ahold of the person ([redacted])I was given a phone number of and left message until finaly getting in contact with the person. That person gave me an office number of a person to talk to ([redacted]) to get return info from. Person was very rude and said that he would have to get a hold of [redacted] and would get back to me. [redacted] asked for my name but hung up the phone before I could ask any more info or give any contact info.Desired Settlement: Want entire order shipped back at their cost and refund for entire amount that I originally paid.

This is totally untrue. This person was told clearly that all the items are not in stock and would not be shipped by july **. [redacted] said he would wait. The order was shipped complete on august 5 and we did not hear from this person period until now where I am reading this complaint. I do not have a problem in giving a refund if everything is shipped back in tact at his expense and he pays a restocking fee of 10 percent. We have a very good reputation in the EMS industry and deal with every major ambulance company in the country. You can check our reputation. This [redacted] seems to be a problem.

Complainant [redacted] is a flat [redacted] who is looking for a refund for no good reason. We picked a 67 line order for him which we shipped, and he is well aware when it was shipped and did not inform us not to ship. If he want to return we will accept it back but we will not pay any freight. BP medical ship thousands of orders per month and we have a very good reputation in the industry. We do not have the time to deal with these type of people who fabricate stories. We stock 10,000 plus sku`s in our warehouse, we took the time to pick 67 different items and ship it out, and refuse to pay for his remorse or mistakes. If there is an item that is not right as he writes, we will be glad to stand behind the item and replace but will not pay for the freight. As long as he pays the freight we will give him the refund. END STORY.

Please do not close this complaint yet. I have been discussing with a lawyer on possible legal action against this company. Ill leave it up to you if the Revdex.com wants to let the company know about possible legal actions. I will have a final answer soon if I will return items or legal route. I still feel also even if I do send items back, they should pay all shipping fees, as it is there mistakes that are the reason for this mess and return of items.

Review: On June [redacted] 2013 I purchased 2 SOFTT-W Tourniquets from BP MEDICAL SUPPLIES via [redacted]. I never received the package nor the tracking number either directly or from [redacted].

On June [redacted] 2013 I contacted them via messaging at [redacted] and they gave me a UPS tracking number which UPS says is not a valid tracking number.

In December 2013 they said they will re-ship the product but they never did.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the 2 tourniquets or a refund of $56.10 which was what I paid.

I am part of a search and rescue team and I purchased this product for that purpose and I still urgently need it.
