Promised new roof with 10 yr warranty. Charged 7600 for the job. Applied new shingles on top of rotten and moldy wood, leaving a heavy mold in attic.
Crew on drugs. Took part of my neighbors roof off before realizing was wrong house. Fought with each other and threw materials at each other daily, shouting obscenities at one another and racial slurs. Stole my materials and some of my tools. Was even threatened personally by one of the workers. They asked me for another payment before even completing the work. Did not provide a new roof as promised, and did not remove the bad wood as promised, did not remedy it as promised, and is trying to close shop without issuing remedy. I have significant health problems and am perm totally disabled with immune suppression as some of my ailments, and the mold is so heavy through the house we've been sick for months. They were giving me the run around, now avoiding me. They do not deny taking my money, issuing me a warranty, all while knowingly closing their business and seemingly having no insurance. I say this bc I have asked many times for the information as is my legal right and they refuse to provide it. All the owners and operators dodge my calls. They were not likely legal to even work, and have scammed me out of 7600 and left me in poor conditions that could lead to my death with my health issues if not promptly resolved. I have pictures, contracts, texts, emails, medical bills, and bank statements to prove my case. I want the roof I was promised or a full refund of my monies. This is not a typical business move, but a criminal attempt to steal from others in my opinion. I will try to return to upload docs if I can get the scanner to work.
I want the replacement promised, so that the roof is truly new as was sold to me. My ceiling fell in on me. That is how I knew I had a problem. The inside and the outside were all the same job. They promised me a new roof and a complete remedy. They should deliver or return every penny they stole from me.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. Adam communicated with me through the entire process and answered any questions or eased any concerns I had. He was thorough in explaining what they were going to do and what materials they would use. His crew was extremely polite and professional and my new roof looks great!
