In response to the above complaint Isubmit the following:E-mail correspondance to serve as proof that *** *** approved the original amount of$for work to be done She was very happy with the work at this time, but kept wanting more work done We sent a revised
bill to include the additionalamount and even returned twice at no charge to replace the stone tiles she did not approve ofThis has been dragging out since August, and have not received any compensation whatso ever She never had a complaint until months later when she started adding for more work to be done.She also filed a complaint with a company IIhave been associated with for the past eight years and Ihave included my response to her complaintIhave been in business in Austin, TX for the past thirty one years and have never had to defend myself or my work before Itake pride in making my clients satisfied and depend on their word of mouth for a good part of my business .I wood be willing to settle for the$ originally billed just to be done with the constant harrassment, but she has never offered to even pay thatIshould also add she is very hard tocontact unless it is by e-mail
