We asked the company to finish an attic space for us. Part of that was to bring heat and AC. Long story short the guy named Roger that works for the company came over and messed with our heating ducts and we now have no heat in our laundry room or sunroom. They're refusing to come back out and fix it.
Finish the job We need our heat restored to our laundry room and sunroom.
The consumer doesn't have her facts correct. The business has tried to contact the consumer a number of times. She won't work with them during normal working hours. The business set up a meeting on a Saturday to accommodate her. She texted and cancelled, even though she was home at the time. She would not meet with the business representative. She said not to text anymore and then proceeded to text the business.
The husband asked for the heat to be turned off in the sunroom to redirect heat up to the attic bedroom, but the wife was not happy with the result.
The business had a third party come in and rezone the air flow from the furnace. The consumer was not satisfied. The business has offered other solutions, but the consumer does not want them. The business is willing to work with the consumer but is at a loss on how to proceed at this time.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You do not have your facts correct. My husband did not ask for the heat to be turned off. I work during the day I'm not home so I cannot be there to discuss things with you. we set up a Saturday appointment and our schedule had changed and I sent out an email and you did not check it and showed up as we were getting ready to leave. you asked what my schedule was and I gave it to you about three weeks ago and have still not heard back.
I received a call this morning from a person from the Revdex.com and they told me that bpc would like to come out but the Revdex.com needs my availability in writing on here. I am not available during the day as I work, so I need an evening or weekend appointment. The best day during the week is Monday Thursday or Friday after 5 our Saturday or Sunday morning at 10 or 11.
I am one of the owners of this business and we have tried to be responsive to the customers wishes from the beginning of their project. As of today 2/24/2020 my partner *** visited the home and completed all of the tasks at the home owner requested.
*** (The home owner) agreed that our contact had been completed in full and satisfactorily. She paid the remaining balance on our agreement in full.
