sucks!!!! had them out to put my pool in, yeah right I could of did a better job. from one side to the other it was 7 inches off , it was like a inground pool kiddies on the shorter side and adults on the other.they sent out a young man (very nice) to try to fix it by putting on a wet suite and having water in the pool, he did the best he could. we called them back for that reason and because the liner was not hooked on the one side . we then got a letter from them in june , not long after the pool was installed and said it was too late in the year to fix our pool had to wait until this year. well they just come and what a joke, I have two pitcher mounds in my pool. I had to drain my pool that cost me to fill up and for what ?,nothing.I guess if I want to stand taller then anyone else in the pool I will go stand on one of the mounds!!. I ended up talking to two other people who purchased a pool from these joksters and oh boy do they regret it. I wished I know then what I know now, they would of never got my hard earned money!! i'm ready to tell them to come get there crap and take it back ,I want a refund. there winter cover only lasted a month and tore right down the middle.there is other issues also but i'm tired of talking about these people. don't do it go somewhere else you'll thank me . maybe I will tell you a couple more thing's just let me say big wrinkles in bottom of pool,uneven posts ,uneven pool walls, okay you get the picture and so do I i took photos and showed people at work!!

We had a swimming pool installed for our grandchildren by this company. The person that came out to install for the company[redacted] was not very appropriate by his sly sexually remarks made to my daughter during the whole installation process. She tried to tell him where and what they wanted and he completely ignored her. But made these sexual remarks to her. She compliant to owner but he blew it off that he is a good worker - did not apologize to her for this. The pool was not installed correctly - it has a bent in the frame- uneven ground under the liner. Was told that they could even the ground out put the dirt down at end of driver way, but [redacted] would not do this. Also was supposed to receive another set of steps for the pool but they were never delivered. Paid over $5000.dollars for this pool and have to put up with this kind disrespect as a paying customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. My daughter had to keep complain about the installation and they sent an inspector out - saw what they were saying regarding the installation being wrong - nothing can be done until next spring - supposed to get a letter stating that they will be out in the spring to reinstall so we will see if this happens. But they need to reprimand this employee ([redacted]) that he will treat customers with respect. Also the company needs to apologize to my daughter for the disrepect of this employee and accommodate them with this pool.
