I have 3 children who attended Foundation Learning Academy since approximately December 2011. At first, I had no problems/complaints with the way my children were being cared for. Then, around November 2012 I discovered that the owner/director Ms. [redacted] was having an inapppropriate relationship with my husband. It was no sexual but Ms. [redacted] was emailing my husband on a daily basis crossing the line of a daycare worker/parent relationship. Throughout this period I paid Ms. [redacted] tuition to watch and care for my children but instead she was chasing after my husband. After talking it out, we decided to forget about the incident and Ms. [redacted] promised to never get out of line again. In April 2013, my husband was given a letter by another worker at the daycare written by Ms. [redacted] basically outline her feelings for him and how she felt. This made it a very uncomfortable environment for my husband when he had to drop/pickup the kids. I discovered this letter at the end of April 2013 and discovered that my kids were being made fun of by teachers and parents of other kids as well as I. I ended up taking my childre out of the daycare because it wa affecting them. I paide Ms. [redacted] $600.00 the day before I took them out for services that apparently weren't rendered. I also would like to add that apparently this is a pattern for Ms. [redacted]. It was told by another worker at the daycare, that Ms. [redacted] had a sexual relationship with another parent at the old daycare she used to work at.
