Always on point with the remixes, and new music on a timely matter for a reasonable price, I like the unlimited downloads, the curated sets are very helpful, the customer service is great...whenever I request a song new or oldwithin a week its on the site ...out of all the the dj pools I been through, BPM Supreme stands out by far the best

When I first tried out BPM I didn't know how to navigate through the portalI emailed them explaining I wanted a refund the rep explained their refund policyShe also suggested showing me how to use the siteShe went above and beyond to spend about a whole hour walking me through the steps on how to download, where I can find my crate, how many downloads I can make, etcI really felt like I was appreciated as a customer and that they have been there before and after the saleI have been with BPM for about months now and I really appreciate the great customer serviceThey have top of the line music, remixes, and the video quality is on point -DJ G

Service is great and has been my record pool for a couple of years now due to efficiency and affordabilityTheir library/record pool is vast and the most diverse I’ve ever seen compared to other poolsBPM’s site is also easy to navigate along with songs that being added their library daily on a daily basis

I have watched this conpany grow since its origin and it has continued to move in a manner of professionalism & business savvy for what it does best in that of providing the dj community with the utmost best service out there! This company has a partnership with Roland offering a month trial membership, but when I entered my information I was charged 20$I have been trying to contact the company and have opened a support ticket With no luckA brief glance at their FAQ reveals that double billing is commonI will try to get my cash back and want nothing to do with such an unprofessional outfitI am surprised a company like Roland would partner with these bums

One of the best multimedia companies I’ve ever dealt withAs a mobile DJ company owner- I’ve used BPM Supreme for yearsTheir selection and accessibility on music is very easy to navigate on their website and the preview option makes it easy when searching for what songs I want to downloadThey even have a department that helps with branding from company logos, business necessities (letterheads, press kit templates, etc) and so forthVery easy group of people to work with and highly recommend to anyone considering BPM Supreme!

BPM Supreme is the only record pool I can trust when it comes to getting my music for my gigsOut of all of the other record pools I have used throughout the years, BPM Supreme is the only one that has real customer service reps where I can get ahold of them during business hours and they help assist me with any concerns I haveI love this pool, I have been a member for 2+ years now and haven't had any issuesThey are always prompt when responding to my emails and and there is never a missed upload for new music
