This matter has been resolved Customer decided to purchase another puppy ( German Shepard ) and Customer Relations has been in contact with him and he is very happy

At this time, I have been contacted directly by American Dog Club regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Annmarie from the customer service department has called but has not mentioned this complaintmost of the phone call was just her yelling at my wife that she is not covering the billsSince it doesn't state in any paperwork about the disease ghiardi she says it will not be coveredWe have never said that the puppy was unfit for sale but she keeps arguingAnnmarie was also supposed to produce a document that my wife signed at the puppy store but she is yet to show us In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Under the NY State Law Article 35D intestinal parasites shall not be grounds for declaring the animal unfit for sale Puppies are born with parasites which they get from there motherWe let customer know to bring puppy to Veterinarian within five days of purchasing the puppy with a stool sample
for the Veterinarian to testThe puppies are dewormed from the breeders but may still have eggs that may hatch Customers can go to any Veterinarian of there choice We do offer about five different consulting Veterinarians with different packages This is free to them and has no relations to storeIf they go to a consulting Veterinarian they have to pay for a stool sample but the medication for parasites would be free of charge to them Under NY State Law Parasites are covered

Under the NY State Law Article 35D Kennel Cough is very common in puppies and is usually caused when puppy goes home and his or her immune system goes down from stress. ( new environment ) We explain to our customers to bring puppy to the Veterinarian within five days . We offer a free Veterinarian...

package. We have about five consulting Veterinarians the store can offer the customer . If the puppy is sick and is unfit for sale then the customer has the right to return the puppy and get a full refund. Our company would then bring puppy to Veterinarian office to be looked at and if needed to be in hospital for a few days until better it would. Under the NY State Law once puppy has a new clean bill of Health he or she will then be placed in the new forever home.

at my wife that she is not covering the bills. Since it doesn't state in any paperwork about the disease ghiardi she says it will not be covered. We have never said that the puppy was unfit for sale but she keeps arguing. Annmarie was also supposed to produce a document that my wife signed at the puppy store but she is yet to show us.
