Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not going to waist my time to REVIEW anything, all the evidence is there By the way even though yall deleted all the payment history off my credit report ever since all this started to try and cover up, yall forgot that this is a joint account so yall forgot to delete payment history off my spouses credit lol I dont think yall understand the severity of this But dont worry I have that as proof alsoMy attorney informed me that yall violated the fair credit reporting act and each violation is 1000$ fine there is a total of 8-violations including my spouses with solid evidence so we will be pursuing that in small claims court as well as a judgement against kcms and media will be notified to inform past customers of potential violations made to others You may contact me if you would like to settle outside of court and do a release of liability other than that we will be filing a petition in small claims due to violations of the fair credit report act Regards, [redacted]

Customer: Kyle chapman has been reporting info to my credit reportAs of april 2017, they had been reporting that my last payment was dec which was incorrect, so that showed 4+ months of missed payments which resulted in denial of getting a home I was very angryResponse: Customer
submitted a credit dispute that was reviewed and submitted to the associated credit reporting agencies through E-Oscar on 3/27/This review was based on the payment history from the date of sale, 02/12/2016, through 02/Our credit reporting is submitted no later than days following the end of the previous monthUpon reviewing the submitted credit reporting, the account was submitted correctly and on time for both January and February of as indicated by our records Customer: I contacted them and *** the manager never got back to me about the situationNow they updated the info but they are reporting im 30-days late which is info as well being reported because I have no past days past due so how are u going to report that ?? Response: This account was reviewed again following this complaint and it was found that our records, and reporting of, were correct and accurate Customer: Then *** the manager contacts me thru her personal cell texting me saying she will skip a pay if I get currentI do everything I can and I end up getting current and they tell me straight up "we cannot honor the skip a pay" that was like a smack to the faceI have the text messages from the manager, as well as screenshots from my credit report with my receipts to prove my complaintsResponse: Customer inquired about the payment being moved to the end of the note on multiple occasions since November of Customer was advised, if the account was brought current a request for a payment to be moved to the end of the note would be made with no guarantee of approvalAccount was not brought current until 04/22/2017, three days before this complaint was filed Customer: The other part that is wrong I have vehicles from kyle chapman motors from separate locations but just locations is giving me the problem which is the buda locationsThe san marcos location gives me problems and honors their programs but the buda location is doing very wrongTheres no telling how many others credit reports have been hit by info Response: The account has been reviewed on multiple occasions by Kyle Chapman Motor Sales and the information being provided based on our records is accurate as reportedKyle Chapman Motor Sales encourages the customer to bring in any and all documentation needed to review the account in personWe are available and eager for both parties to reach a mutual understanding of the payment history, account status and inaccuracies being disputedIf any errors may be found we will be able to take further action and address these concerns immediately

9-The Chrysler was purchased on 02-6-Mr*** has had the Chrysler to our dealership times but for different IssuesOn 03/25/Mr, *** brought the vehicle in stating that the vehicle shuts off when driving down the roadKyle Chapman Motors had the vehicle
diagnolsed by a technician but unfortunatly the vehicle did not shut off while testing it and it had no codes In the computer and would not duplicate the problpm, On 04/18/Mr*** had the vehicle in for a coolant smell (leak), Kyle Chapman Motors had the vehicle repaired It needed a water pump and thermostat housing and gasket and the oil was extremely dirty so an oil change was done as wellThe repair was doneOn 06/26/Mr*** had a problem with vehicle stalling out and would not restart, Kyle Chapman Motors replaced the fuel pumps and spark plugs and repaired the issue, On 09/10/Mr*** had issues again with the vehicle stalling out he stated it would stay running but not accelerateKyle Chapman Motors has the vehicle at this time but once again unfortunalley the vehicle will not duplicate the problemour plan Is to drive the vehicle miles and hope the vehicle shuts off so they can experience the problem and have a better understanding of the issue Is so we can resolve itWe will also provide our customer with a loaner vehicle at no cost so that they are able to have transportation while the vehicle is at our shop, The unusal interrmittent problem is unfortunate and very difficult to diagnols when there are no codes In the vehicles computer and the vehicle Is performing correctly when we have driven ItKyle Chapman Motors desires for Mr*** to have a functioning vehicle and Is doing everything in our abilities to assist in resolving the issueIf Mr*** would like we can send the vehicle to the Dodge-Chrysler dealership and get the dealerships diagnoisis, Thank you *** *** of Kyle Chapman Motors

The the second file is a screenshot of my credit report once I told them they are reporting information which is illegal, and wow now all of a sudden they update it with all months showing 30-days late But if you look at the dates how am I late 30-days if my payment was due march and I paid it april please explain this part dont leave it out , because if my math is correct that does not fall into category of 30-days late Response: You informed Kyle Chapman Motors of possible errors through an online credit disputeThe account was reviewed and updated for credit reporting as requested on March At the time the credit dispute was submitted by Kyle Chapman Motors, all payments made through February were updatedYour account at the time of review was days late and updated to the accuracy of our records at that timeThe credit dispute was submitted prior to the date of payment for this complaintTherefore, any payments made after March, for the March due date, at the time of the credit dispute would be ineligible to update as the system does not allow entries for a current or future month’s payment ratingThis ineligibility includes the April payment for the March due date Customer: The third file uploaded which is my favorite is a screenshot of my credit report as of today april 2017, as you can clearly see kyle chapman is trying to cover their tails but in reality they are just all signs of guilt and they are just digging a hole for themselves, now all of a sudden there is payment history that is strange if you ask me knowing I been paying on that vehicle over a yearResponse: From the review of our records and the images you have provided there is a possibility of inaccuracies in the data provided through your sourceThe credit dispute was received, reviewed and updated for this account on March No other credit reporting action has been performed on your account, by Kyle Chapman Motors, outside the monthly credit reporting update for March submitted in April of As referenced in our previous response, “Our credit reporting is submitted no later than days following the end of the previous month.” This reporting is not available immediately, nor can we control the delay in its availability once submitted to our credit reporting agency. My name is [redacted] & I am a Sales Representative with Kyle Chapman Motors & the Salesman who sold the 2004 Nissan 3502 to Mr. [redacted] Castillo. 1 want to begin by saying Mr. [redacted] reached out to me via email & set up an appointment to come in to discuss this issue with me...

today 07/11/2016 at 1pm CT & Mr. [redacted] did not appear at the scheduled time. This issue had not been brought to my attention until the complaint from the 688 was received.With regards to the Issue with the tire we at Kyie Chapman Motors are very concerned about safety and would not put a vehicle on the road with bad tires. This specific car had a State Inspection done on March, 02, 2016 at [redacted] located at [redacted]. Austin, Tx 78751 with the miles of 101,697 & the Vehicle passed Inspection on that day. Please be aware that Tire Condition is a big factor to pass inspection. The Auto was then sold on 05/16/2016 with the miles of 101,815. At the present time, the Auto has a total of 105,892 miles. That's 4,077 in less than 2 months. We sold the Vehicle with 4 good State inspected Tires & cannot be responsible for any actions that may have led up to the destruction of the tire.During the typing of this response, the customer came in at 3:30pm CT. We inspected the tire the customer Is speaking of, & were able to determine the damage came after the vehicle was purchased With the tire damage on the tire, there is no way a State Inspection would have passed on the Auto. We gave a copy of the State inspection Report to the customer & offered the below to which the customer denied.Although Kyle Chapman Motors is not at fault, we are always willing to offer help to our customers. Weare willing to locate the tire he needs and provide the customer our discounted rate. Mr. [redacted] is more than able to reach out to me for this option
