BPW Medical Associates refused to supply the appropriate and necessary information to the insurance company, which they failed to mention in their response By doing so, BPW Medical Associates created their own delay in payment thereby creating additional and unknown expense to me Businesses need to be held accountable for their actions, submit and collect payments in a timely fashion, and not come to the customer out of the blue for additional money months after service is renderedI am sure if I wanted them to wait months for payment, that would not be acceptable We need to stop double standards and treat everyone with fairness Thank you if you can get this accomplished

In response  to file#  [redacted] it is our due diligence to submit all claims in a timely manner and we apologize for the concern.  However, the claim was process and paid according to the subscribers policy and did not result in any increased cost.   If there are any questions...
