Our realtor suggested BQC to perform the repairs that our buyers requested on our home that was for sale. xxxxx came out and provided a quote, and we agreed that his company would do the work several days prior to our closing date. Our realtor communicated the date that the repairs needed to be completed by through email, and I confirmed the date several times with their office over the phone. Work was set to begin on a Thursday at 9 am. At 9:30 no one was at our home, but I was told they were on their way. At 10:30, when I called the office again I was told that our job had been pushed back until lunch time. I could not wait around (we had moved out of the home already), so I agreed to leave a door unlocked. The "crew" appeared to work for an hour or two on Thursday, and completed none of the major repair items. The same scenario played out on Friday, with the workers leaving the door from our house to the garage wide open when they left for the day. When it became obvious that the work would not be done by the promised Saturday date, our realtor contacted the owner of the company directly. He said there were some staffing issues, but that the work would be done on Sunday.Minimal work was done on Saturday and NO work was done on Sunday. The work was not completed until 6 pm on Monday. The crews that were sent to our home were incredibly unprofessional and took advantage of the fact that no one was living there to monitor the work. Mr. xxxxx refused to accept any blame for the untimely and unprofessional work, or for jeopardizing the sale of our home. We would suggest that you steer clear of this business!
