Our realtor suggested BQC to perform the repairs that our buyers requested on our home that was for salexxxxx came out and provided a quote, and we agreed that his company would do the work several days prior to our closing dateOur realtor communicated the date that the repairs needed to be completed by through email, and I confirmed the date several times with their office over the phoneWork was set to begin on a Thursday at amAt 9:no one was at our home, but I was told they were on their wayAt 10:30, when I called the office again I was told that our job had been pushed back until lunch timeI could not wait around (we had moved out of the home already), so I agreed to leave a door unlockedThe "crew" appeared to work for an hour or two on Thursday, and completed none of the major repair itemsThe same scenario played out on Friday, with the workers leaving the door from our house to the garage wide open when they left for the dayWhen it became obvious that the work would not be done by the promised Saturday date, our realtor contacted the owner of the company directlyHe said there were some staffing issues, but that the work would be done on Sunday.Minimal work was done on Saturday and NO work was done on SundayThe work was not completed until pm on MondayThe crews that were sent to our home were incredibly unprofessional and took advantage of the fact that no one was living there to monitor the workMrxxxxx refused to accept any blame for the untimely and unprofessional work, or for jeopardizing the sale of our homeWe would suggest that you steer clear of this business!
