We had Rad out to service our 9 year old Electric Dryer after another appliance service company quoted us $440 to replace a 'bad motor' (which they diagnosed by listening). Rad took the dryer apart, replaced the rollers that support the drum and pointed out a partial blockage in the exhaust hose. He explained that the bad rollers combined with the partial stoppage was causing the motor to overheat and shut down. It's been 6 weeks and our clothes are drying faster than they have in some time. In fact, it's running like a new machine.
