Again I am very sorry the customer isn't happyThe sales person that sold him the windshield has years in the auto glass industryI have listened to the conversations twice and none of this is on any of the conversationsIf the customer removes all the negative remarks he made about the company off the internet we will either reimburse him the 2nd payment that was agreed to be paid or give him a windshield that is specific for FordWe are not here to take advantage of anyoneThe windshield that is in the vehicle now is OEM quality and has a lifetime warrantyThis is my final offer

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/03) */ We have spoke to the complainant on several occasions regarding this issueThe vehicle we replaced the windshield on is a VW JettaThe windshield wipers on this vehicle sit under the engine hoodIf he could lift them straight up before, they were adjusted that way, put it isn't the proper way they are meant to sitThey would always be visible in the driver's viewThree of our installers with several years experience in the field told the complainant that's the way they sit on that vehicle along with VW dealerships I called and inquired about this matter.Just yesterday our installer Adrian call the customer and was scheduled to go and adjust the wiper in the position he wanted them and he said he had found out that is the way they are suppose to be and everything was alrightThey are installed properly nowI also looked at other vehicles that are the same year,make and model and they are all the sameI can provide pictures if necessary

If the customer calls us at 303-777-we will set up a time to have a reintall if the repair didn't workWe always take care of any warranty issusesThis was the first time I personally heard that the repair didn't workWe will do what it takes to remedy the problem

I am rejecting this response because:I've been working in the Automotive industry for 20+ yearsThe owner admitted on the phone that the employee made a mistake Her assistant at a later date had said the employee was trained to the difference between factory and like factory since the incident I want factory Ford glass installed or discount the second payment which was not agreed onI said I would call on 7/29/to run the second payment It was ran without my consent I disputed the bill before the second payment was due

Again I am very sorry the customer isn't happy. The sales person that sold him the windshield has 23 years in the auto glass industry. I have listened to the conversations twice and none of this is on any of the conversations. If the customer removes all the negative remarks he made about the company off the internet we will either reimburse him the 2nd payment that was agreed to be paid or give him a windshield that is specific for Ford. We are not here to take advantage of anyone. The windshield that is in the vehicle now is OEM quality and has a lifetime warranty. This is my final offer.

customer and have a record of the conversation. We respect all customers. Payment was due and the customer was given a 2 payment plan. The dates to run the payments were authorized by the customer. I have apologized by phone and email for any misunderstanding. I and told him we would stand by the lifetime warranty he has.

If there was any misunderstanding we will honor the $200 off the sale price. We do not deceive anyone on prices. Some glass for certain vehicles are on sale at different times and that price is not valid with any other coupons or discounts. The customer can reach us at [redacted] and we will take...

If the customer calls us at 303-777-2573 we will set up a time to have a reintall if the repair didn't work. We always take care of any warranty issuses. This was the first time I personally heard that the repair didn't work. We will do what it takes to remedy the problem.
