I had my car repaired at this business for a total of 565.48. It was taken out twiceduplicate transaction. My bank paid this business twice. I went up to the business to try to resolve the issue. I called my bank in which the owner got on the phone with the bank and admitted that there was suppose to be only one charge of 565.48 coming out of my account because that was my total charge. The bank has said the owner prior to the phone call provided paperwork saying the charging were authentic and saying something different on the phone so they need something in writing to state what he said on the phone. He is claiming he doesn39t have the money and the bank is saying he was paid twice. I had the conversation on speaker when the representative from the bank asked him to give the customer her money back. They also asked him why did he send the invoice because it indicates that he is disputing the charge and he replied that he sent the one invoice to show that there is only one

Refund I would like for this business to return the 565.48 to Bank of America or me. If they are having a hard financial time as I am they can make payments until they have paid it back in full but to deny or take someone money is very dishonest.

BR Auto Repair & Collision Center did pay personally Mrs., *** today, 07/06/17 at 8:30 AM, (ID verification), with credit into her Credit card from Bank of America. We did appreciate the email received from you, because made possibly for us to have the actual phone number of Mrs., which we did not have the update number to make the return to her(trying to connect with her last two weeks). We do apologize for any inconvenient this may have caused to her and family. With our Credit Card machine company finalizing the investigation was possibly to us to return the amount.
