B.R. Merchant Service

I was blindly billed $113.26 on Jan. 3rd 2014, the billing was supposed to be $36 and they called it an assessed annual fee which was hidden in the fine print in a 15 page contract. The point is the company sells "Painless Processing" and my experience thus far has been far from "Painless". I started in October and cancelled in November, giving 60 days notice, because my website was not getting any traffic. After $36 charge from BR merchant services monthly, a $10 charge from the actual processor USA E Pay, and the blind annual fee I am Net negative for business in my time with BR Merchant Services. The customer service has been lengthy and far from a positive experience. I wish to have all or part of this annual fee removed, at the very least I expect it prorated to reflect my 3 or 4 months with the company. If not I wish to publicize a complaint and negative experience with the company on Revdex.com website for public view.
