For this Customer *** *** and Br stone, there was some difficulties from template to installationMost cases it maybe a mishap or just a misunderstandingMs*** came into Br stone to purchase some granite to their kitchenThey came about times to choose their Granite and the their
rest of the details that go along with purchasing the graniteMs*** chose her granite and for that she wanted to purchase a sink from our companyCustomer came in and chose her sinkIn the meantime after she chose the sink that suited her, the sink was no longer available because there was mix up to the sink she purchased and having a customer sink mixed in (error from a former employee)After that Ms*** reschedule a couple times due to not having her cooktop delivered and we, Br Stone was completely fine and rescheduled her with no problemFinally we delivered her stoneThere was mishap with one of her stone which was no problem to re-cutAfter that, she was letting us know that the sink was incorrectAfter the mishap with the sink that was another customer, her kitchen was already cut with original sink, so we sent a sink that would fit in its placeFor that she did not like the sink nor that it wasn't the exact one she pickedShe wouldnt accept the sink and also to go bigger it wouldn't have fit in her cabinetWe couldnt go bigger for that, that's the reason why we couldnt re-cut her kitchenThe piece that was cut wrong, that wasn't a problem because of template being incorrectWe told her at the end of the day if she did not want the kitchen, we would kindly take it back and refund her with no problemShe wanted the kitchen, but to have us the whole thingShe came in and we refunded on the card she originally paid with and we took out kitchen backWe refunded them and she told us days later through emails that we could get our kitchen and at the end, we refunded her money with no problem and picked it up days later

In reference to complaint #[redacted] submitted on 7/28/17. I thought that my complaint was resolved when I agreed to a $200.00 settlement for the damage to my refrigerator. BR Stones promised to mail the $200.00 check on November 14, 2017. I have asked them 3 times where my check is. On 2 occasions they said the check would be in the mail. As of this date November 30, 2017 I have not received the $200.00 check and BR Stones is ignoring my request.Desired Outcome: I just want my $200.00 as promised.

Unfortunately we need to change banks and bank checks have not arrived yet. Refund will be made once checks have arrived. the situation with changing banks we had to wait for new checks to arrive in the mail to mail out new checks to vendors and customers.
