In reference to complaint # [redacted] submitted on 7/28/I thought that my complaint was resolved when I agreed to a $settlement for the damage to my refrigeratorBR Stones promised to mail the $check on November 14, I have asked them times where my check isOn occasions they said the check would be in the mailAs of this date November 30, I have not received the $check and BR Stones is ignoring my request.Desired Outcome: I just want my $as promised
Unfortunately we need to change banks and bank checks have not arrived yetRefund will be made once checks have arrivedthe situation with changing banks we had to wait for new checks to arrive in the mail to mail out new checks to vendors and customers
