Review: I looked for and found this bra specialty company online. There, the refund policy states they refund for any reason within 30 days (except final sale items).

On their website, they also promote a donation program. So when I went to the store, I donated several bras for those in need (which they gladly accepted) and purchased six bras, totaling $505.00

However, after trying them on again at home, only two were comfortable. So I gathered my receipt and several more unused bras with tags to donate; it was then that I noticed the “No Cash Credit Card Refund/Exchanges Only” notice at the bottom of the receipt.

I tried, to no avail to request the refund. The store manager in NYC and assistant in their CA corporate office both agreed the refund policy was misleading. I wrote to the CEO/CFO to ask them to reconsider the refund. They never replied. Nor did the store manager. Very unprofessional.

I was misled by the website. Evidently the company stores are free to align with its policies and programs however they choose (i.e. align with bra donation policy, but not the return policy). This discrepancy is misleading and unfair.

I disputed this charge with my credit card company, but because the receipt said "no cash/credit refunds store credit only" they stuck with that.

The company misleads customers because the brick and mortar stores do not fully align with what the company's website claims. In fact it's quite arbitrary and extremely misleading.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the bas that don't fit, totaling $363.00.
