Review: Returned product in April 2013 never received my refund and no responses to e-mails.Their order has Brace Authority on the confirmation e-mail. When you ask for a refund it is by [redacted] Returns Coordinator Exa-Med Commerce, LLC When you want the refund they tell you to use this e-mail address To: [email protected] is a different company but apparently owned by the same person.Absolutely no responses to e-mails about my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund to account

Review: I have a broken ankle. I ordered my walking cast on 10/4 to be delivered within 3-5 business days, and on 10/17, it has still not arrived. I have called the company everyday, left messages, spoken to emploees and emailed two separate employees, and only one has gotten back to me... with NO information on my order, only saying she would try to get information for me.This is outrageous and I think this company is a scamDesired Settlement: A refund, or simply the arrival of my walking cast.
