I will never order from the braceshop.com again I ordered some ankle braces followed the guides to buying but when received they were too big I called them back to see if they would help me so I don't have to pay for shipping again and they said noAnd then informed me I would have to pay a restocking fee if returned
I informed them that the website should also have circumference measurements because the shoe size is not all you should go by They didn't seem to care and didn't act like they wanted to help me or future customers in having the proper information on the website
I informed them the manufacturer had included this information in the box when delivered Braceshop.com's response was they did not provide that to them so that is why it is not on website I politely informed them the website should be updated so future customers would be satisfied and they just seemed not to care I said it is hard to believe they did not provide that to them when they provided to me in box with my brace Very poor Customer service, they will not take recommendations to allow the customer to have proper information in buying an item

I bought a product from them, did not even try by looking at, I realized it is too small because of the material made( which is misleading), requested to exchange with medium size but I was told that product is not returnable, it company has no idea about good customer experiencewhat I will do with this product now, almost $this is unacceptableThey have restocking fee, if you return your product, you have to pay the costthis company 'WOW' me with its bad customer service, I even talked to manager who could not even take ownership of the problem

I bought two small knee braces for over $380.00 and they were the wrong size by a mile. After weeks of calls to them I found them to be rude and no help. After weeks of emails and calls I finally got a refund minus over $120.00 for something they have not explained.
I recommend when in need of any brace run, run from this company. Also I hope you don't have one of their braces on as it will not fit properly.

Very disappointed with the brace and the Brace Shop. I had to fight for my refund, and when I called, the lady was very rude and unhelpful. I had to send several follow-up emails to them requesting my refund. Luckily I kept copies of everything. They were just very rude and unhelpful. I had to return the product, it wouldn't fit and wasn't as described. A horrible experience
