Vehicle was involved in a serious rear end collisionWas towed to this business because was referred by a friendThe accident was severe enough there was no doubt in my mind it would be totoledThe owner of this business informs me it will not be a total loss and will be repairedI informed him I would like to get another estimate and he replied he had already started repairs and it was too lateI inquired about frame and safety issues and was told there were none, the car had minimal damage etcI had a hard time believing this so I asked several times for a detailed estimate of the damage and repairs needed and I never got oneI picked up the vehicle and instantly knew something was wrong Brought it for post collision repair inspection and indeed it did have extensive frame damageThe alignment was so far out the car was deemed unfixable The frame so badly damaged it posed an extreme safety hazard The repairs made were sloppyOld broken parts were put on new trunk, chip

instead of totaling the vehicle due to frame damage, they removed and replaced a few parts so they could collect insurance money Car broke down shortly after due to bent frame Could have caused an accident Now I'm left with no vehicle I was lied to about everything Do not recommend
