this response because: I never tried to contact Mr. *. As I explained in my initial complaint I have been talking directly with the international department that handles my policy. I left numerous massages to their manager Mr. * for the last two months. So far, no answer. Now the company reply is that they will handle this complaint to the same person I have been dealing for the last two months. Which seems like the same issue I faced from the beginning, lack of communication and avoiding my questions. I urgently want the company to contact me and provide the information re my policy. I found the class action against this company and several websites links that show the product that I acquired in Latino America. The benefits are the same I have in my contract and the ones the  company denies I have. If my policy is not pay during the next month they may take the money I have left to pay it automatically. I decline and many times told them I don't give such authorization until my questions are answered. No phone call so far for the company to answer basic questions regarding my policy. This company doesn't have any respect for clients and it seems to be fraud on their products. At least the one that they sold to me.
