After receiving notification of the complaint Customer was contacted by phone to discuss the allegations and try to provide customer satisfaction An apology was made again to the customer and monetary resolution was offered if customer would provide invoice paid to other contractor We have not received any invoices or any other response back from the customer We have never in our years experience of installations ever had this happen...our goal is to provide customer satisfaction on all our work

My husband has been out of town and unable to deal with this matter It is not necessary to pull in another local company into this matter at this time Bonsky's men themselves checked out the water heater and could find nothing wrong with it We did not trust their word which is why we had another local company out to check the water heater We also notified Bonsky that we were unhappy with the service we received LONG before we contacted the Revdex.com They did not reach out to us until they were contacted by the Revdex.com Having the other companies statements does not change that they risked the life of my child and then said that their men were okay so my kid was okay (as carefully detailed in the original complaint.) Asking for the other companies information makes it seem as though they are trying to just deal with the fact that we had to have another company out and not that they risked the life of my child, made my home unsafe, required me to call off of work for another day so that they could come out and finish the work after they left when when fire department came, or that their owner treated me as though I was inexperienced because of my age
