As [redacted] stated the job was completeWe do not warranty seeded work especially when the customer wants us to use their blend of seed and not what we had recommendedWe did offer to settle this in Spring for a dollar amount of $1,but he did not accept this offerAt this point we are not giving him anythingHe did not maintain it properly and he re-did part of it to have his bench doneWe can not warranty settling and seedingAs far as the quack grass, it was all over the neighborhood and we can not guarantee the soil in the neighborhood eitherUnfortunately at this point there is nothing further we can do

MikeWe never stated that we would not resolve your issueYou are wanting the maintenance work for free which we can not offerYou knew from the beginning that you needed the yds of topsoil but you declined and went against our judgementYou agreed to pay for it, and then again went back on your word and decided against itYou stated it could "be fixed without it"Top-soil is what is needed to fix your issueThis time of the year it is too late to seed a yard, and in September it was way to wet to seed and rake out extra dirtIf you are willing to wait until Spring, and purchase the top soil we had advised you needed prior to installing your lawn, we can come and re-level the backyard settling issue and we will over seed it for you and straw it

Prior to the installation of the ***s yard they were advised to spray round up which we advise all of our customers that have excessive weeds before we install a lawn*** was advised the Bluegrass seed he had chosen takes longer to germinate therefore he runs the risk of weedsWe advised
numerous times to use our grass seed we use on all new lawns and overseed with his choice of seed but he refused and went against our judgement/adviceAlso prior to the installation we had gone in twice to knock down his weeds which were higher than our foot loaderAfter he was supposed to mow and spray round upNo where in the contract does it say we will spray for weedsHe also stated the builder had buried a ton of rocks in his yardIn the contract it doesn't state we have an endless supply of seed to over seed withThat would be considered maintenanceWe did however go there to over seed at his request which is not our obligationWe did so to make sure he would be happy with his yard*** & Nina had planted some of their plants and left us with a one ton dump truck load of rocks over nightNowhere does it say we can get rid of every rock and dispose of them, but again we did it to keep him happy*** had stated that him and his wife had walked around their neighborhood and noticed that other yards had quack grass in their yards in the subdivision as wellSo this is a problem with the soil in the neighborhood and the choice of seed, nothing that Vision Exterior didThere was a discussion of a refund, but after further review of the yard and the decisions the homeowners have made on specific seed (which again they were advised against but did not take our advice) as well as having another landscape company (Lawns R Us) ripping up 1/of the yard we had installed as we were discussing what should be done, we will not be refunding the ***s for their yardUpon completion they were "completely satisfied" and paid in fullTop-soil/Yards do settle, which is common*** & *** yard settled like any other yard mayVision Exterior has completed the *** yard via the contractUnfortunately no where in the contract does it state maintenance & warrantyWe do not offer eitherThe ***s were offered $1,which they declined and demanded more after sitting on the proposal, therefore dragging it out on us as well. With no fault on Vision Exterior, we do not feel obligated to refund the ***s

November Phillip G*** and Randi G*** PRK Automotive *** SantanAZ and *** *** *** *** Mesa, AZ Dear Business OWners of PRK Automotive Per the letter enclosed from *** Insurance dated November 12, when my Chrysler was at your garage an agent T om *** inspected the car and found that the computer module was in the car Once my vehicle was towed from your premises it was gone Why would you take and remove a computer rodule when it would not Tit another car? The most obvious reason was to intentionally cause me hardship and hanm That module cost $plus labor I will wait to hear rrom you by November : 0, I-f I do not hear -from you I will file a p11lice report and take this to another Donna *** ***

Per in person conversation the night of the meeting that was set up via the text message that you have also received, Mike changed his mind and did not want to pay for the added 40 yards of top-soil. We had used the on site top soil that was in the contract. He also was okay with using the straw...

instead of the hydro-seeder.  Being that it was earlier in the year we wanted to use the straw rather than the hydro-seed due to insulation value. He was pushing to do his yard very early and the straw was the best way to insure he had a nice yard grow in. Per the ruts he is talking about that would be settling, and was not there at completion. Unfortunately we can not warranty settling and natural disaster causes such as rain, wind & etc.

Good Morning [redacted] I wanted to let you know immediately that this complaint has been satisfied the company finally refunded my monies last evening after many months of back and forth.  I have confirmed my receipt of funds as  credit to the original card charged.  The site says to let...

you know immediately when there is communication or activity so that is what I am doing.  Thank you for your assistance.  [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. What Vision has said is not entirely true. There was no expectation of us to use weed killer on the weeds at all. We were even told it won't [redacted]er because their equipment would run them up and be buried under 6 inches of topsoil. If roundup was our responsibility, we would have expected some sort of communication because Vision wouldn't even be able to plant grass seed until 10 days. The weed growth while they were onsite is grossly inaccurate. We have pictures of the state of the yard while they were working. They did not come twice like stated. Must be confusing us with another neighbor that he DID go and knock down weeds. From an e-mail that was not refuted at the time: We did request that you come out and take down the weeds earlier (like you did for another house in [subdivision]) but it did not happen. I recall the discussion differently. I talked about Round Up but you had stated it was a waste of time and money because you were just going to run them all down and then burying them with 5" of topsoil. I felt like I was talked out of it.The bluegrass did germinate fine, but not in the areas where seed was not dropped in which we provided the pictures. That is were weed growth had no competition and was able to thrive which we couldn't address . The front areas of the lawn that was seeded properly did not result in nearly has much weed growth. Again, a bag of seed was promised in e-mails. It never came. The only overseed was front yard, not the issue was had discussed about the backyard. Regarding the secondary rock removal, that was not our doing. That was done by the sprinkler company. Yes, you take care of it and we thanked you but you did so because you didn't want to cause a rift or confront the sprinkler guys. We could have asked them to take care if.We never stated we were completely satisfied. We were required to make payments before work, during work and finally the day of completion of work. I don't think any landscaper allows to payments to be withheld until the lawn is in per satisfaction of the client. That is why when we mentioned we were going to take the issue to our credit card company did we get a response. Again, if Vision was not going to work with us, they never said so. It was we'll take care of it in the spring. Spring comes, we get an offer and we never receive the payment. We did not drag anything out, we needed to get a couple quotes to figure out the overall costs. That is when we came to a verbal agreement of $1,250 of meeting in the middle. Also, we'd like to point out the fact again that since Vision seemed willing to work with us and we thought it was in good faith that we gave recommendations to Vision to two other neighbors in the neighborhood that did have work completed in 2016. If we knew the situation would have resulted in this, we would not have given the recommendations to and Vision would have lost out on 2 jobs.Pictures can be provided on request.

Unfortunately there is nothing else further Vision Exterior can do at this point. There is no warranty with seeded yards.

As [redacted] stated the job was complete. We do not warranty seeded work especially when the customer wants us to use their blend of seed and not what we had recommended. We did offer to settle this in Spring for a dollar amount of $1,000.00 but he did not accept this offer. At this point we are not giving him anything. He did not maintain it properly and he re-did part of it to have his bench done. We can not warranty settling and seeding. As far as the quack grass, it was all over the neighborhood and we can not guarantee the soil in the neighborhood either. Unfortunately at this point there is nothing further we can do.

Revdex.com:Paul stated he would come re-level the yard at no charge that the ruts were his mistake  I had 600yds of topsoil there another 40 is not necessary  I will not pay more to just cover up mistakes which several other companies stated was your lack of "attention to detail" my yard was was just another "get in and out job" it was my fault for hiring your company and it's clear you don't stand by your work or your word this is out of my hands now and will be delt with legally  thanks for your attempt Revdex.com

What Vision is claiming at this point is moot. We have, IN WRITING, that Vision was going to take care of the issues that we had brought to their attention. That is, after we had brought up that we were going to place a hold on funds, is the only time Vision became 'willing to work with us'. As you can see now, they clearly did this as a tactic to delay our ability to take any action on the funds. Everything that has been stated should have been stated day 1, instead, Vision made promises that the issues were going to be taken care of in the spring. We have all this in e-mail that was already added to the dispute and was ignored by Vision by again saying, it's not their issue anymore. It doesn't make sense to finally come to an agreement of a cash settlement VIA E-MAIL only to be ignored wondering where the funds are and then find out they are blaming us for all the issues now. Revdex.com was the next step in the process in which we sincerely hoped that we could arrive to some closure, but it seems Vision is now unwilling to uphold their promises. If we are unable to reestablish what Vision originally agreed to via a Revdex.com dispute, then we will pursue other options. At this time, the [redacted]er is still unresolved and responses from Vision have been unacceptable to resolving our original complaint.

[redacted]
