Quality product (electric retractable fabric awning), on-time, professional (and quick!) installation, best price of bids Only negative was that I wasn't made to realize up front how low the retracting supportive 'elbows' are (since I had little wall height for attachment to my one-story house) It's fine if guests are under 6' but a hazard for taller folks
