On April 10, I saw a Cadillac Escalade black in color on the clear lake Lexus website for saleI drove there to find that I wasn't able to view or drive the vehicle until I Ont had been inspected and cleaned up by a 3rd party inspection department, as it wasn't a Lexus April 12th I purchased the Cadillac Escalade, drove it about miles to my home and the check engine light came on, initially I figured it was maybe some.moisture on a sensor due to the pressure washing or cleaning of the engine, I cut it off and on a few times and it never re-cycledI alerted Peter, my salesman,( who was and has been completely professional, symapthetic, and helpful in this entire debacle)He instructed us to bring it back in
We brought it back in and was told that it was a aftermarket gas cap I installed that was the issueI knew better, but re-installed the OEM gas capThis was trip #
Over the next trips! returning it back to Clear lake Lexus because of malfunction
I live in Kansas and purchased my RX from Clear lake online cause they had the color I wanted I was the easiest sale but, received the least amount of service- Sales Rep never told me that the car was traded in without the retractable cargo cover- Sales Rep refereed me to use a shipping company that has an F on Revdex.com and horrible reviews- I was never told there was only one Key nor offered to have another ordered- when I received the car (from a shipping coI researched) there was a tire sensor out that I had to replace and was never informed of- all sales stickers were still on the car and I had to remove with *** ***- sales Rep argued with me on the phone for not contacting him and talking to the GM when I got my car and saw there was no cargo cover...argued!?! Said it was an option that was additional for the cargo cover*i researched the shipping co you suggested and found one with a A on Revdex.com, at a better price and door to door service sooner then the one you suggested...don't you think I know what comes with my car!
To their credit, they are sending me a cargo cover or at least that is what they told me a month ago...still waiting!

I brought my ESin to this business recently for 120K mile serviceI paid for over $worth of work, including major chassis workAs I drove out of the Lexus parking lot, I thought I noticed a rhythmic sound which seemed related to the speed of the carI thought perhaps something had been slightly overtightened during service and would improve on its own
It didn’tI then brought my car back for a total (so far) of two additional timesBoth times no one at the service department bothered to verify whether the problem had been solvedIncluding the pickup after the original service was completed, I have been sent away three times with a car that makes an annoying noise
This is not acceptableI bought the car at this dealership in and have been doing steady business there for over yearsIt would be great if they could find me a service consultant who will commit to completing the original service so that my car will roll down the freeway quietly, as it did be
