Brad's Auto Clinic

I am rejecting this response because:I did send an e-mail to Brads Auto (address on web site) the same day I filed a complaint with Revdex.com No response from him until December 6thHe called ***s cell and said he doesn't think there was anything wrong on how everything was handled with the situationHe called me (***) yesterday afternoon & said that neither of us are cooperating & only time he gives the estimated cost of repairs in advance is if the customer asks & if they don't ask he assumes (actual word) the cost doesn't matter Were not trying to get a free ride here but want it to be fair and only pay for what was actually talked about which is max $ [redacted] takes ownership for not asking him how much but thought he would call with amount before starting job!

*** *** brought his Focus in for an oil leak and a coolant leak repairAfter inspecting the vehicle, *** was told what was leaking and in addition, the timing belt was very cracked and needed replacing*** told Brad to go ahead with the repairs, and did not ask for a costThe repairs were
performed and the *** were called and left a voice message on the recording telling them so*** arrived to get the car, reviewed the charges of repair with Brad, got the keys, paid for the repairs with a card, and leftOn 12-08-16, Brad received a letter from the Revdex.com with a complaintBrad did not hear from the *** prior to that letter about their now obvious concerns, and was not given a chance to satisfy the ***.There has since been contact with the *** on the phone*** *** maintains that Brad should have given an estimate prior to repair, even though *** clearly told Brad to do the repairs.I, Brad, performed the repairs as requested by ***, and believe that I should get paid for agreed upon repairs
