Complaint: [redacted] Most of their reply is far from accurateI did not go in days after quoteI called and told Brad I had finally saved enouI am rejecting this response because: they are not being honestI didn't go in days after quote, I calledI told Brad I had finally saved enough to bring the car inHe acknowledged that he remembered me, the car and the problemsHe said nothing about price increases or that the estimate had expiredHe only said bring it in early Mon morning and I should be done sometime WedI didn't hear another word from them until around or o'clock WedThat's when they raised the quote to $It was his wife or girlfriend that called and when I asked why it was now so much more she said then they had increased their prices plus my car had other problemsI asked what other problems and she said electrical/ wiring stuffShe was somewhat vague but it didn't matter because I told her all I had was the $I never asked or expected them to do anything but fix the oil leakIn their reply bullet it says we would honor day old quote! That's all I wantedI was never told the would not fix ALL the leaks, EVER! I went there to get that fixedWhy would I waste time or money to only fix some of the leaks! I was adamant to stick to original agreement, fix oil leak for $320! They never mentioned to me any " other" things they didn't no costThe car leaked much worse each time they returned itThey never fixed the leakI never said "door key doesn't work, I tried explaining this to the wife/girlfriend the day I became angryI told Brad that they had done something to the passenger side door because the door wouldn't open from the inside or outHe said they'd fix it and it does open now but they broke the lockThis is not my biggest concernThey should fix it but I just want to have the leak fixed so there is no more leaking, smoking or stinkingI am not a impossible customerEven though all the problems from this ordeal, I remained calm, patient, we talked and laughedIt was only after the third time, broken lock, car not fixed and the girlfriend going off about a key and more money when it all went to crapThis whole ordeal was wrong and they need to make it right [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] Ms [redacted] came in for an estimate for a small oil leak- quote given for 320.00*estimates are good for days [redacted] days later came in to fix car *hourly rate had went up since quote [redacted] more was now wrong with the car after days*quote was given to fix all problems 800.00*customer wanted us to fix all problems for original estimate*customer was told that we would honor day old quote to only fix original estimated problems*customer was told it would NOT fix all the oil leaks*customer was told at least times her car would still have problems and leaks if all problems were not fixed*customer was adamant to only do the original estimate [redacted] we did as the customer wished *we even did a couple other things at no charge*car did not leak where we fixed it when we sent it home*times customer called next day saying it was leaking*we fixed the leak on the 3rd time, faulty oil plug*customer said her door key didn't work now*we never had to do anything with the door locks or keys*went to bear creek lock to check what was wrong*we were told the key did not go to that door neither of them*there was a verbal altercation over the door key*she left angry saying I was a lyer [redacted] the car did NOT leak where we fixed it when it left [redacted] I feel we went above and beyond even loosing money to make an imposable customer happyI do not feel any refund should be given

Her rejection isn't trueOur rates did go up we however did the work for her at our old rateWe did tell her, her car had more oil leaks since we originally checked it outThat is why an estimate is only valid for days, and only doing the bare minimum which her estimate was for would not fix the problems she was havingI am truly sorry she is unhappyWe went above and beyond in my opinion short of a refund as I don't believe she is entitled to oneI didn't make money on this job trying to do more and make her happyWhen her car left the last time we had fixed the door that we didn't break free of charge, it did not leak oil where we had fixed itI'm sure it leaked in other areas as we told her it would since she chose to not fix all the problems with her carI don't feel we are responsible for fixing other leaks that we told her aboutThat she declined to have fixed because she didn't have the moneyI feel as though this is a scamThe car was fixed and didn't leak when it leftI haven't heard anything from her about a complaint of any kind until I got a letter from the Revdex.comWe did move our location however our phone number did not change
