February 4, Revdex.com S County Rd 5, Ste Fort Collins, CO In response to ID # [redacted] Miss [redacted] contracted me to skirt & re-level her home as well as water line & heat tape per attached contractWe did discuss the deck area before doing the workMiss [redacted] declined to have the skirting placed in the area under the deck at that time so it was not part of the bidMiss [redacted] did call me about this as well as some other concerns she hadI promptly answered to a concern she had with the "water lines" leaking to find that she had left a Y on the outside spigot on causing access water to pool near the underside of her homeThen she did call months after the job was completed to say that she wanted skirting under the deck areaI told her I would come out in a few days to look at it to see what could be doneI contacted her in a few days and she informed me that her neighbor had already taken care of itNow I get this letter from your organization, have contacted the client, and did install skirting under the area she was concerned with under the deckI hope that this will appease Miss [redacted] from any further concerns or need to report them to your organizationSincerely, Bradley O [redacted] Brad's Mobile Home Parts & Service
