The scooter had gas in the oilIt could have been a float in the carb issue or it could be the rings not sealing and allowing gas past the rings into the blockBoth of these could cause the same issueWe did a compression check and the scooter passed the test leading us to believe it was the
carbWe replaced the carb and tested the bike for about one weekIt tested fine and was returned to the customerAfter several weeks she called back and said that gas was in the oil againI explained to her that it was now time to replace the top end and it would cost $

The brake pads were special ordered from the manufacturer and they said the brake pads will work on his scooterI told the customer to bring in the old pads and the new ones to see if they matchIf they do not match I will see what the manufacturers return policy is

am rejecting this response because: I found the pads for $He didn't even want to give me a reciept for this padsand I want my money backHe shouted he wanted us out of the store and he repply again and again get out of the store.
