regarding our business policies. More specifically our Camp Policy (Section 4 and 5) as noted in our Camp Policies document. Attached to this communication is a copy of our Camp Policies, Procedures, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement. This document was implemented upon formation of the Bradbury Boarding Camp, and each customer that stays with us is required to review and sign the application agreement. As instructed, we have not attached the signed application/agreement specific to the noted complainant, as to avoid identification. This document is available for review upon request. We feel we have acted in accordance with all of our policies specific to the noted situation. The Bradbury Boarding Camp has been in business for 8 years, proudly servicing The Cheyenne and surrounding communities, and we are proud of the reputation of being extremely ethical, passionate and committed to our customers. Providing a safe, fun environment for all our campers, and peace of mind for their owners has always, and continues to be paramount. This will be the only instance we address this matter directly. It was not safe for our  5 pound dog, she was comfortably able to go through the fence and run free over the prairie.If our children had not gone out to find her she would be dead due to the cold, snow and hawks. We reviewed the paperwork that must be signed before leaving your dog at the kennel; it states that Bradbury kennel is not liable for "anything" that arises during a stay with them. We realize we will not see a refund of the $600 plus dollars.
