Our company has refunded the full amount of the product(s) to our customerThe manufacturer's representative is adamant that we will not be allowed to return the product for credit since it has been installed and usedWe are removing the product(s) from our customer's home which will be returned
to our storeWe will continue to work with the manufacturer's representative once the product has been examined at our test facilityWe regret the inconvenience to all concernedFollowing manufacturer's protocol, in this instance, required replacing new parts, the unit would work for awhile, then return to malfunctioningThe seeming success, then repetitive failure was unacceptableWe will continue to be available to our customer for any additional assistance.
