I am rejecting this response because:1st of all lets get story straityes I did talk with a lady, and she said give me minand you will here somethingI waited more than 10min., that's when I told my husband, this is ridiculos, so we reach out to Revdex.com. Before that day I tried numerous times calling, these two #***, that's Edwards cell, one that he said call when we wanted our floors cleanedHe said it wouldn't cost us nothing, but Kirby would pay him #he said any time after that cleaning, they would still let him do that, and he would collect #The other #***, always said except for Jan., 25, 2018, that voice mail box fullit was very frustratingthat was # for KAMAL M

Yes I do,
They did pickup the vacuum cleaner
After I contacted the finance company and threaten to report both them and Kirby to you guys they verified that Kirby had pickup the vacuum and cancel and told me that I could throw the payment book away
