I spoke with Mrs [redacted] this morning and I told her that I would give her a call back when I could get in contact with the dealer that she is referring to, as well, as the managerI have yet to sit down with them to discuss because of scheduling conflicts, but I have left them both messages This matter is being handled within the office and consumer will be contacted when an answer and solution has been received

They did pickup the vacuum cleaner
After I contacted the finance company and threaten to report both them and Kirby to you guys they verified that Kirby had pickup the vacuum and cancel and told me that I could throw the payment book away
