My estimate clearly states primer and two coats of paint we did that as well as three extra coats of paint because the homeowner asked we also patched a bad drywall job from when the house was built then went back and stain block all the windowsills and recoded those as well I have one above and
beyond to make this right and even got paid less than my estimate cost I feel as though all the extra coats of paint your way above what needed done I don't think there's going to be anyway to please this person

If there is some spots that need hit again I will but I did do exactly what my estimate stated I can not keep goingBack time after time for free as I am already over $in the hole on materials and labor as for the dry wall my estimate did not include any dry wall repairs but I did skim coat and primer for no added cost again I will come back one time only but I will not pay for any materialsMy time is one thing I can't keep paying for extra materials

I am rejecting this response because: the owner, Braden L[redacted] was paid to do a job to completion, not just a certain number of coats of paint. I posted a few pictures that I feel show that the paint was too thin and holes weren't filled in properly before painting the trim. There is also a picture of where circles were drawn over spots that needed sanded, and after being painted, the circles still showed through. I paid for the labor and materials including the windowsills needing recoding. He did not do this for free. He took $170 off original estimate because I was unhappy the process took so long. The bottom line is, a 2 week job took 8 weeks, and then they were ready to get paid and move on. Braden came back to the house to fix a few things, but he definitely did not fix nearly everything, and he didn't finish touching up the steps and spindles on the stairway like I had asked.
