Bradfield Property Management changed its name to Action RealtyI've been a tenant with this Company (and two previous property management companies--same property) for yearsEverything was fine until the property manager named Scott King took over as property managerI am in the process of moving out of the propertyHe takes too long to follow up on service requests (it took him roughly two days to have someone take care of a large branch that fell in the front yard and on city property) and he is rudeToday I requested a final walk through on July 31st and he insisted that I should've "scheduled something" with him PRIOR to me moving outMind you I still have possessions there and I need to clean the propertyIt doesn't make sense to do a final walk through while I'm still residing on the propertyI've lived in other places and they were happy to give me a final walk through on the LAST DAY of the lease or being a month to month tenant (like myself)Then he is sending people to look at property while, once again, my possessions are there and the property isn't clean and I'm not at the residenceI understand this is a civil matter and I want people in San Antonio to know that Scott King is not a property manager they want to deal withI think he is going to keep my security deposit without giving me a legitimate reason(s) on why he's keeping my moneyI have been a good tenant for years and he's making my last days on this property a living hell

Good Afternoon,
Tenant was a good tenant who just stayed for 1 year only.  I will be attaching photos and receipts which may take some time and several email.
1) I have photos of the before and after of the tree trimming of which I will be submitting.  the cost of the...

lawn and tree trimming, $90.00, is not exhaustive and this is what was charged.2) the cleaning company caught the toilet paper and it was not for an "instillation" but rather a re-stall of the toilet paper.  They charged $15.00 and this is what I passed on to the tenant.
3) stain on the carpet.  $50.00 and there was a comment that only 295.00 was used of the $500.00 non refundable cleaning deposit.  I will submit the bills there was actually a cleaning bill for 319.38 and a carpet bill of 255.00 for a total of $574.38.
4) The home was "spot painted" before move in.  Tenant did complain about the "spot painting" job.  It took several months but the vendor finally went back out and did some more work.  I am confused as she was just there a year and with much respect there was some damage after move out.  it was not normal wear and tear.  Again the vendor was sent there twice to spot paint.  One of the photo's I have has an orange line in the master bedroom which was not there before, the others were smudges and I remember in the bath there was some water damage on the wall by the tub.  This was also spot painted.

Again tenant was a good tenant.  In order to settle the matter, office will offer tenant $75.00

Bradfield Property Management changed its name to Action Realty. I've been a tenant with this Company (and two previous property management companies--same property) for 9 years. Everything was fine until the property manager named Scott King took over as property manager. I am in the process of moving out of the property. He takes too long to follow up on service requests (it took him roughly two days to have someone take care of a large branch that fell in the front yard and on city property) and he is rude. Today I requested a final walk through on July 31st and he insisted that I should've "scheduled something" with him PRIOR to me moving out. Mind you I still have possessions there and I need to clean the property. It doesn't make sense to do a final walk through while I'm still residing on the property. I've lived in other places and they were happy to give me a final walk through on the LAST DAY of the lease or being a month to month tenant (like myself). Then he is sending people to look at property while, once again, my possessions are there and the property isn't clean and I'm not at the residence. I understand this is a civil matter and I want people in San Antonio to know that Scott King is not a property manager they want to deal with. I think he is going to keep my security deposit without giving me a legitimate reason(s) on why he's keeping my money. I have been a good tenant for 9 years and he's making my last days on this property a living hell.
