In responce to complaint filed against Westford & Company Construction L.L.C Mr [redacted] never hired me to do any work for himI have No contract with himI have never spoken to him except via one text message to explain that he should be calling [redacted] L.L.CHe purchased the house from [redacted] L.L.CI was hired by a [redacted] LLCI was hired on an hourly basis to remodel there property on [redacted] **I recieved both my final inspection/ occupancy from the City of TauntonI never agreed to warranty any work for [redacted] LLC as he was charged by the hour only and it was a zero profit jobI was not fully compensated for work completed at Oak Ave [redacted] LLCShorted me nearly $My work was completed nearly weeks prior to [redacted] owning the houseI am sure he had a home inspection, of which neither of these issues were addressed prior to closing on the propertyI feel that [redacted] L.L.Cis whom [redacted] should be contacting, that is who he purchased the house from [redacted] LLC was the owner of property and Selling agentYours Truly [redacted] *** Owner [redacted] ***
