No refund after over days
I went to Bradford for treatment starting on 9/18/They charged my credit card a full $for the day programI left the program because of what I felt were insurance fraud issues on 9/22/Since I have left, I contacted the finance representative on 10/23/in person regarding my refund and was assured it would be forwarded as soon as two claims were resolved with my insurance companyAs of this date, I have not received a refund in the amount of $The two claims provided to my insurance company appear to be erroneous (one was a charge for a separate room which I never was provided $and the other for $which the insurance company cannot substantiate as Bradford has not followed up after days with the insurance company)Overall I feel that Bradford is scamming the insurance companies and milking the patient/system

I was told by the facility director that ALL fmla and short-term disability would be handled by BHS
I checked into BHS intensive outpatient program in Montgomery, AL on 7/12/ The facility director told me that they would complete all of the forms required for me to receive my benefits I had to cut my treatment short because the the on-staff physician and facility director refuse to complete the required paperwork for the insurance company It is now December and I have yet to receive any compensation because they are refusing to submit it I completed weeks of inpatient treatment and was supposed to do days of outpatient nights a week, hours a night I went a month and a half without any pay caused incredible distress

I have contacted Bradford starting in April regarding *** *** to present date regarding refund dueI have spoken with *** who is responsible for all billing/reimbursement for *** stated they were going through a system upgrade and it would take a couple of weeks to complete refundAfter receiving no results I called *** back and she sent *** who is the supervisor a email to have have refund processed ASAPAgain, no refundI called *** again and was given *** nameI have left several messages for him regarding refund and I have not received a call/responseFinally I received a call from *** stating she was going to process the refund and she just needed the debit card ending in with the four digits that I paid the account withI
